Dear Services My Way Participant or Authorized Representative (AR),
It is time to register for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) training!
The following information is for you as a Participant or AR in the Services My Way program that will be using the required Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) EVV system. In advance of the training and in preparing yourself for using the EVV system you should obtain a valid email address. You can send your current email information to InfoCDDC@ConsumerDirectCare.com.
The EVV Employer/Beneficiary training will be an instructor-led web-based training. Also known as webinars, these sessions allow you as the Employer/Beneficiary to attend from a remote location, using your own computer with internet access.
The web-based training will provide information on how to use the EVV system as an Employer/Beneficiary. You will be required to attend this training and will receive account credentials and a tool kit for the EVV system shortly after the training has been completed.

To register for the training you will need to contact Consumer Direct Care Network District of Columbia. You will then be sent an email with the link to register. Each training session is limited to 100 participants. This training is free, but you must register in order to receive access to the training. Training can be accessed from a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
