Do you have questions about Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)?
We are here to help.

Consumer Direct Care Network District of Columbia (CDDC) is hosting EVV training sessions every Wednesday. These in-person sessions are held at the CDDC office, 2611 S. Clark Street, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22202.

If you have questions about EVV and would like to learn more, we encourage you to register for an appointment. You can register by contacting the CDDC office or your assigned support broker. Appointments are available between 9am and 4pm.

As a reminder, EVV is an electronic system used by Participant Directed Workers (PDW) to clock in and out. EVV is federally mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act for home and community-based services.
